Complete the Onboarding Questionnaire

This article explains how to start a new client assessment in Cynomi by completing the onboarding questionnaire. It outlines the steps to access, fill out, and submit the form, which serves as the foundation for all future cybersecurity evaluations.

  1. Navigate to the client’s Assessment page.

  2. Click Start on the Onboarding Questionnaire.

  3. Answer each question based on the client’s current cybersecurity setup.

  4. Click Submit when done.

Once submitted, Cynomi will generate a tailored set of follow-up assessments based on your responses.
