Create a User in a Sub-Account

This article guides you through adding a new user to a client’s sub-account in Cynomi. It also covers how the invitation process works and what to expect after user creation.

Steps to Add a New User

  1. Go to the Users section within the desired sub-account.

  2. Click the Add new button.

  3. Fill in the user’s:

    • Full name

    • Email address

    • Role (Admin, Viewer, Assessor, etc.)

  4. Click Send Invitation.

What Happens Next?

  • The user receives an email invitation valid for 5 days.

  • Upon accepting, they’ll be guided through account setup and login.

  • Their access will reflect the permissions set during creation.

📧 If the invitation expires, you can resend it from the Users page.
