Create a User in a Sub-Account
This article guides you through adding a new user to a client’s sub-account in Cynomi. It also covers how the invitation process works and what to expect after user creation.
Steps to Add a New User

Go to the Users section within the desired sub-account.

Click the Add new button.

Fill in the user’s:

Full name
-
Email address
-
Role (Admin, Viewer, Assessor, etc.)

Click Send Invitation.
What Happens Next?

The user receives an email invitation valid for 5 days.

Upon accepting, they’ll be guided through account setup and login.

Their access will reflect the permissions set during creation.
📧 If the invitation expires, you can resend it from the Users page.
