External Nessus Scan (CSV Upload)

This article shows how to upload scan results from Nessus, a third-party vulnerability scanner, to Cynomi. The integration helps consolidate external scan data within the Cynomi platform.

What You Need

  • A completed Nessus external scan on your client’s IPs.

  • The CSV export of the scan results.

Upload Instructions

  1. Go to the Scans section.

  2. Click New Scan → Choose Nessus External Scan.

  3. Upload the CSV file (up to 5 files, 20MB max each).

  4. The results will be parsed and added to your client’s scan history.

📋 Note: Only scans of external IPs are supported for upload.
