What’s in a Cynomi Policy?

Each policy generated in Cynomi follows a consistent structure to help you and your client understand its scope and requirements.

Policy Components:

  • Purpose – What the policy aims to address.

  • Scope – The systems, departments, or data the policy covers.

  • Requirements – A detailed list of cybersecurity controls that must be implemented.

  • Policy Score – A score from 1 to 10 reflecting the client's current maturity level for that domain.

Task Mapping

Each requirement in the policy maps directly to one or more remediation tasks. Completing these tasks helps improve the client’s posture and raises the policy score.
