Reviewing the Policies Page

This article explains how to access and navigate the Policies page in Cynomi. It describes how policies are generated, what the policy status means, and how to track progress using the Task Progress bar.

How to Access It

  1. Navigate to your client’s sub-account.

  2. Click on Policies in the left-hand menu.

  3. Review the list of policies generated by Cynomi.

Each policy is automatically generated based on the client’s answers to assessment questionnaires.

Understanding the Task Progress Bar

  • The Task Progress bar shows how many of the policy’s tasks have been completed.

  • Once all tasks are completed, the policy is marked as Completed.

  • Partially completed policies are shown as In Progress.
