Setting Up and Managing Client Sub-Accounts

Use the Sub Accounts screen to:

  • Create new client sub-accounts

  • View sub-account information

  • Manage existing sub-accounts with administrative actions

To create a new sub-account:

  1. Click “Add new” to open the Create Sub Account form.

  2. Enter your client’s company details.

  3. Set the status of the sub-account (active/inactive).

  4. Enable or disable account features to tailor the platform experience for each client.
