Task Customization

This article explains how to customize tasks in Cynomi, including the ability to add SOPs, personalize recommendations, and modify estimated effort. Customization ensures tasks are aligned with your client’s operational environment.

Why Customize Tasks?

Customizing tasks allows you to:

  • Standardize implementation for similar clients

  • Tailor recommendations to a client’s specific environment

  • Reflect realistic implementation timeframes

How to Customize a Task

  1. Open a task from the Tasks page.

  2. Use the customization options to:

    • Add Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring practices.

    • Add client-specific notes or recommendations.

    • Adjust the estimated effort to reflect expected time to complete.

🛡️ Permissions: Only Admins can add SOPs. Admins and Company Admins can add notes visible to clients.

Notes on Visibility

  • Clients will not see the edit or delete buttons.

  • Custom content will be visible to the client in read-only mode.
